Elkstone/Evenlode Close Alleyway Closure

Anti-social behaviour has plagued the alleyway between Elkstone Close and Evenlode Close for a number of years and despite numerous different attempts to resolve the issues, the problems are persisting. We are now considering whether the best way forward is to ask the council to permanently close off the alleyway, but are keen to understand residents views, before making a request.
