Councillor Richard Long

Richard Long is one of three Liberal Democrat Councillors in Elmdon Ward.

Richard was elected as Councillor for Elmdon ward in May 2021 and has since become a respected and knowledgeable Councillor in the Chamber. He has served as Vice Chair of Audit Committee since 2024.
