Standing Up to Divisive Politics
In the face of divisive and destructive politics, it is more important than ever that the Liberal Democrats continue to offer a liberal alternative.
The Local Authority area straddles three separate parliamentary constituencies - the Solihull West and Shirley constituency, the Meriden and Solihull East constituency and the two Solihull wards in the Birmingham Hodge Hill and Solihull North constituency.
We currently hold 8 of the 51 seats on Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. For 10 years, one of the parliamentary seats in our region, Solihull, was represented by Lorely Burt.
